Very comfortable bed, we slept well. Location close to the cruise terminal and the main shopping drag... no need for transfers other than to the airport. Spa facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. Perfect place for a pre or post cruise. We hired a car to explore the area so free parking was useful.

You book this hotel for its location especially if you are going on a cruise. They are very well versed in luggage storage, cruise drop-off points, and in just being super helpful with questions about cruises. Breakfast buffet was amazing, wifi was excellent, and rooms were comfortable. The value for the money was excellent. Front desk staff was helpful and accommodating.

What we like most was the location and the facilities. We stayed in one of the bigger rooms which had a kitchenette and 3 beds... very comfortable beds and arrangements seemed that everything looked spacious.

I came to this hotel for the location. That worked out well. I was able to keep my luggage and coats there while walking around before my ship was ready to board. I also wanted a restaurant on the property after traveling so many hours. Dinner and breakfast were right there, and that helped me relax. Food was good. I would suggest more wines by the glass. I would like to try more wines from Argentina. My room was quiet. I was surprised that there were few blankets on the bed. I was afraid that I would get cold, but I did not. I slept well.

The location is great. Within a quick walking distance to everything in the small city. The hotel itself is very nice, has a great breakfast spread and very good dinner restaurant. The rooms were well appointed, clean and modern. The staff was very friendly, helpful and took care of all my needs.

Great location, exceptional staff. Breakfast very good. Highly recommend. Could walk all over the town. Aable to rent a car nearby to go trekking out to the beautiful park and drive up to Patagonia.

Modern bathroom, modern bedroom furniture. Lots of shelves and hanging space. Appreciated the nut snacks in the room. Free wifi worked well. Enjoyed my dinner (paid extra) and breakfast (included) in their restaurant. Location was great, could walk to all the museums and down to the area where the coaches taking one to the cruise ship dock left from.
